I'm very sorry to hear about your tragic loss. I think this website will show others like it showed me about the precautions and dangers around us as well as how much we should love our family because you never know when they might leave us in this world. Of course, they are never truley gone, and I hope your family knows and understands that concept as much as I do. Reading this website about your daughter's loss brought so many tears to my eyes. I know that might not be the best thing to hear, but it's not in sympothy. I just wanted to wish your enitre family and to Brooke because I think we all know how much she appreciates this website. Hey, I heard about this when I was listening to music one day and your daughters website popped up and I read her story, and I just started balling.  I know that don't help, but I don't know what your going through and couldn't imagine, but  you have to know that she is somewhere better than here on earth, even though you want her here to experience what every girl goes through.  I just wanted to tell you that I am so  glad I seen your website.  And everything will be ok.

Hi, my name is Ailys Toledo and i am an eigth grader at Westwood Christian. When i first heard about Brooke's passing, i was in seventh grade. I didnt know about this website untill i went on-line to check the church bulletin. I truly am touched by your website. And i can also relate because early this year, i lost my grandmother. I know its not as sorrowful as losing your child, but i know how you feel. And this might sound totally odd, but im gonna start praying for you. I was touched by your website.  I grieve with you and am willing to share your burden.  I have a teacher who's daugter lost a son and she came and shared some of what she had been through with us.  I was touched by how much pain she had borne and by how much this trial had brought her closer to God.  Through reading through your website I get much of the same feeling from you.  My suggestion is that you go to www.mormon.org and learn some of my beliefs.  I am an LDS (latter day saint) young man studying at BYU University.  Our schools purpose is to help students to go forth to serve.  I hope I can be of service to you through my encouragement and suggestion.  I know that we paid the price to come to this earth and suffer some amount of pain.  It is an essential part of Heavenly Father's plan.  If we did not know pain than we would not cherish the joys of life because we would not know the difference.  Also, part of his plan is that we have joy, recieve forgiveness, be given an opportunity to repent, and to learn that the Lord has suffered all pains of every Man, Woman, and Child.  I know that Jesus lives and knows us and will help us.  My next suggestion is to trust in him.  He is the true way to be healed.  I know families can be together forever through him.  If you are faithful you will be with your daughter in heaven again.  May God Bless You.

Dear Brooke, A year has passed and my heart still aches for you to be with us. I always remember how much fun we had at ethan's elmo party. You where one of the stars at the party. Always, participating in every game and volunteering for the magicians tricks. I remember how much fun you were having and how much you laughed and giggled. I will miss all those fun family times together. But most of all, I will miss giving you warm hugs and kisses, that I loved so much to give you, every time I saw you after a long time of not being together.
